I 'linked' the GPO to the User OU, and set permission to "domain users", which in my mind, should apply this GPO to all users in that OU, as they are all in the domain users group. I have OU's set up for the 4 groups of users. I called it: FONT-O365 (set the default font and size for new /reply messages, etc) XML file, and then copying the file into the GPO i created in the Group Policy Objects folder.
